- Payment, cancellation and service rules shown during booking on mintcanada.one apply there.
- Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt, misuse, scrape or impersonate the MintHome website.
1. Acceptance and scope
By visiting or using www.minthome.app, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
These terms cover public website browsing, content and handoff functions only. They are not app terms, a customer account agreement or a contract for a specific home service.
2. Website information
The website introduces MintHome, service types, service areas, standards, help content and booking methods. We work to keep information clear and current, but service coverage, availability, tool configurations, estimates and page content may change with operations.
Website information is general. Current availability, scope and pricing are determined by the latest information presented in the booking process.
3. Quick Booking and service confirmation
Selecting Quick Booking, Download or another booking button only opens the app, an app store or the booking entry on mintcanada.one. That action does not mean:
- MintHome has accepted or confirmed an order;
- a provider, date or time has been reserved;
- scope, hours, estimated amount or final total has been determined;
- a service contract has been formed.
The terms shown and accepted in the actual booking interface govern booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, support and the specific service.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website normally to learn about and arrange home services. You may not:
- disrupt the site, bypass security or interfere with operation;
- use automated methods to scrape, copy or overload the website at scale;
- submit malicious code, artificial traffic or misleading source data;
- impersonate MintHome or use website content commercially without authorization;
- use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
5. Intellectual property
The MintHome brand, marks, design, copy, images, videos, interfaces and other website content belong to MintHome or the relevant licensors. Except for personal browsing and uses permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, publish, sell or use this content commercially without written permission.
6. Third-party and legacy-site links
The website may link to mintcanada.one, app stores, maps or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their operators and have their own terms, privacy policies and availability. A link does not guarantee all external content or continuing availability.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not promise uninterrupted, delay-free or error-free availability. Features may be changed or paused for maintenance, security, content updates or events outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MintHome is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by relying only on general website information, using a third-party website or temporary website unavailability. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms as the website or legal requirements change. The revised date appears on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are interpreted under applicable Canadian laws without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable rights. Questions may be sent to info@minthome.app.
