Cleaners receive training in cleaning methods, equipment, product selection and working in customers’ homes, along with a background check. They follow our standards for each room, surface and type of dirt.

MintHome supplies the tools, equipment and cleaning products required for the booked work. Tell us in advance about any preferred products or surfaces that need special care.

Kitchen, bathroom and general-area tools and cloths are kept separate. Cleaning moves from higher surfaces down to floors to avoid soiling areas that have already been cleaned.

Confirm the included tasks and priority areas before the visit. If something has been missed, send photos and details within 24 hours. Our support team will review the booked work and follow up.
