Legal & privacy · Privacy Policy
Your information should be explained clearly and handled carefully.
This policy applies only to www.minthome.app. It explains what we handle when you browse, use website analytics or continue to booking, why we handle it and the choices available to you.
To operate the site, display language, understand traffic and improve booking paths.
Website events do not send names, phone numbers, addresses, photos, order notes or payment data.
Email info@mintcanada.one to request access, correction or deletion.
1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit www.minthome.app, including its English, French and Chinese pages. The site introduces MintHome, presents service information, provides help content and links visitors to booking or app-download paths.
It does not cover the MintHome app and does not replace the privacy policy for mintcanada.one. When you continue to mintcanada.one to book, enter customer details or pay, the policy shown there governs that activity.
2. Information the website handles
We may handle:
- Technical and visit data: pages viewed, time, browser, device type, operating system, language, referring page, network request and approximate region. Vercel, Google and similar providers may also process IP addresses and technical request details to provide their services.
- Attribution data: UTM parameters, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, first source, first landing page and a MintHome website click identifier.
- Website interactions: clicks on booking and download buttons, service and city cards, carousel items, menus and language options, plus FAQ opens and searches. FAQ search terms are automatically redacted when they resemble a phone number or email address, but please do not enter personal information in the search box.
- Local preferences: language choice and information stored in your browser to keep source and booking context available.
The website currently has no account registration, payment or customer-detail form, so it does not directly collect names, home addresses, photos or payment-card details through a website form.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- load the website and show the appropriate language;
- understand which pages, services and city information are useful;
- identify visits from Google, social media, QR codes and partner links;
- measure Quick Booking, download, FAQ and other website interactions;
- carry service, area, language and source context into a booking handoff;
- detect technical problems, protect the site and improve the experience.
We do not sell or rent information collected through this website.
4. Service providers and booking handoff
We use these providers to operate and understand the website:
- Vercel for hosting, content delivery, security and technical logs;
- Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tags;
- Google Analytics to measure visits, interactions and channel performance.
When you choose Quick Booking, the website may pass service, area, language, UTM, advertising click IDs and a MintHome click ID to mintcanada.one. This keeps source and service context available at the booking entry. Those URL parameters are not intended to contain names, phone numbers, addresses, photos or notes.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We limit what is sent to information needed for the purposes described above.
5. International processing and retention
Providers such as Vercel and Google may process information outside Canada. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of the place where it is processed. We select established providers with reasonable safeguards and limit the data sent.
Website attribution and click information stored locally in your browser expires after no more than 30 days. Your language preference remains until you change it or clear browser data. Third-party analytics records are retained according to our relevant settings and the provider's policies. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, security and legal obligations.
6. Your choices and requests
You can clear cookies and site data, restrict browser storage or use tracking controls provided by your browser. This may remove your language preference, source attribution or booking context, but it will not prevent you from reading public pages.
Where applicable law provides, you may ask to understand, access, correct or delete information related to you, withdraw consent or raise a concern. Email info@mintcanada.one. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity before completing a request.
7. Security, children and updates
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of website information and aim to minimize personal information in analytics. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
This website is intended for adults arranging home services and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the website.
We may update this policy as website functions, providers or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear on this page, and material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.
